The company and its aircraft
AgustaWestland brought together the helicopter businesses of Finmeccanica and GKN in 2000. Finmeccanica subsequently acquired GKN’s share. In 2016 the business became part of Leonardo’s helicopter division, so aircraft carrying the AgustaWestland name may also appear in later Leonardo material.
