The company and its aircraft
Granville Brothers Aircraft operated at Springfield, Massachusetts, from 1929 until its bankruptcy in 1934. The five brothers became best known for their Gee Bee racers, including the Model Z and the R-1 and R-2. Their short company history left a particularly recognisable group of racing aircraft.
