History & design
EuroStar enters a long-running production line
Evektor dates EV-97 EuroStar production to 1997, after decades of aircraft manufacturing at its Kunovice plant. Its 2020 anniversary account describes ten design generations over more than twenty years of EuroStar production.

Related designs reached different categories
The manufacturer introduced the EV-97 VLA Harmony in 1999, followed by Czech certification in 2003 and EASA certification in 2005. Related names therefore need their category and variant identified rather than being treated as one unchanged EuroStar.
