The company and its aircraft
The Eurocopter name changed to Airbus Helicopters in January 2014. Its principal industrial sites include Marignane in France and Donauwörth in Germany. Keeping the older name alongside the newer one helps connect aircraft such as the EC130 and EC135 with later Airbus helicopter documentation.
