The company and its aircraft
Danny Maher founded Velocity in 1984, developing a four-seat homebuilt aircraft influenced by the Long-EZ. Scott and Duane Swing acquired the company in 1992. Later cockpit changes and larger designs belong to particular models, with the XL identified separately in this reference.
