HOW IT CAME TO BE

History & design

A two-seat expression of minimal flight

Eurofly describes Twinfox as a two-seat counterpart to Minifox, developed along the line of its Firefox Standard. The aim is a light, simple aircraft rather than a small enclosed touring machine.

New builds and a second life for Firefox

The manufacturer offers kit and ready-to-fly forms, and describes converting existing Firefox Standards into Twinfoxes. Its engine options include Rotax 503 and 582 installations; the discontinued 503 can be overhauled for this reuse programme. This lineage explains why the aircraft should not be reduced to a single engine specification across all examples.
