A VLJ design study
VSKYLABS dates the 510X project to 2025. The Citation Mustang supplied its starting point for exploring very-light-jet operation in X-Plane, but the developer defines 510X as an independent design rather than an official Model 510 reproduction.

Two directions from one reference
The standard 510X follows the Mustang-class VLJ concept. The experimental ER adds wingtip fuel, different cockpit equipment and a longer-range development role. Its additional systems belong to that virtual variant, not to the production Citation Mustang.

Systems behind the displays
A three-screen cockpit combines flight instruments, a multifunction display and customized engine and crew-alert information. FADEC, pressurization, electrical, icing and fire-protection systems make this a systems-management aircraft. The throttle cutoff uses a deliberate movement gesture rather than requiring another assigned button.
