Systems, loading and cockpit-building facilities
FlightFactor describes custom hydraulic and electrical systems, a three-channel autopilot with failure dependencies, and loading and fuel changes that affect centre of gravity. The product also provides cockpit-interaction and live-dataref facilities for builders. Passenger, cargo and engine choices belong to the selected package, so those options should be checked alongside the systems description.

Boeing 757
The 757 first flew in 1982 and entered service in 1983. It paired a new wing and large underwing engines with a two-pilot electronic-instrument cockpit. The -200 became the main production version, joined later by the stretched -300 and dedicated freight developments.
Its cockpit shares substantial design thinking with the wider 767, but the airframes and systems remain distinct. FlightFactor's simulator products also offer specific engine, passenger and cargo configurations, so the package details are an important part of the reference.

A separately developed wide-body simulation
FlightFactor's 767 has its own custom systems and avionics documentation, including cockpit-interaction facilities. The published product description covers hydraulic and electrical behaviour, loading, maintenance-related features and flight-management functions. Its relationship to the 757 does not make the two add-ons' controls or supported interfaces interchangeable.

Boeing 767
The 767 first flew in 1981 and entered service in 1982. Its twin-engine wide-body layout served routes between smaller narrow-bodies and the largest long-haul aircraft. Stretched, extended-range and freight versions broadened the programme.
The -200, -300 and -400 are different airframes, and the -400 also brought substantial cockpit changes. Simulator products may cover only part of that range. The implementation's exact variant and developer documentation keep the aircraft's identity clear.

The 777's flight-control logic is modelled explicitly
PMDG describes custom C*U flight-control logic with normal and direct modes, path and speed management, and artificial-feel modelling. The reviewed 777-200ER product also offers different engine families with their own indications and thrust behaviour. These are properties of the documented PMDG aircraft, rather than a blanket description of every 777 add-on.

Version history is useful technical documentation
FlightFactor's 777 change log publishes selected MCP and CDU dataref types and identifies remote-instrumentation and CDU API documentation supplied with the product. It also records fixes to restored control states. For cockpit builders, the installed version and its supplied API material are part of the reference, not just the aircraft's product name.

Boeing 777
The 777 entered service in 1995 after development with input from major airline customers. Its broad cabin and two very large engines filled a space between the 767 and 747. The programme expanded through different fuselage lengths, range developments and engine choices.
The family name therefore covers aircraft with meaningful technical differences. A 777-200ER with several engine options and a 777-300ER are not interchangeable references. PMDG and FlightFactor also implement their own systems, so descriptions remain attached to each developer and version.

The 787-10 guide documents electrical and hydraulic setup and its flight-deck procedures as a separate aircraft. Its flight-management and automation references belong to this implementation, rather than being inferred from the visually related Boeing displays in another package.

Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner
The 787 grew from Boeing's 7E7 programme and first flew in 2009. Airline service began in 2011. The family uses a composite-intensive airframe, a swept flexible wing and two large turbofans, with -8, -9 and -10 versions serving different capacity and range needs.
The 787-10 is the longest of those three variants. Its cabin size and mission figures should not be borrowed from the smaller -8. Simulator avionics and automation also depend on the represented product and update, making its developer documentation the relevant systems reference.

Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress
Boeing developed the B-17 during the 1930s for the United States Army Air Corps. It became closely associated with the European air war, but the aircraft also served in transport, maritime patrol and rescue work. The B-17G represented in the simulator catalogue is a particular production version, not a label for every Flying Fortress configuration.
