Find aircraft background, systems descriptions and manuals for the aircraft you are researching. Each note keeps its source and version context close by.
Simulator manuals describe the developer’s implementation. Aircraft background is research-based; pilot accounts describe an individual’s experience. Coverage here is limited to the selected notes and linked resources, not the full contents of every manual.
TL-Ultralight TL3000 Sirius
TL-Ultralight's Sirius maintenance manual identifies mechanical aileron pullrods and the cable attachment for its elevator trim tab. These are separate mechanisms for primary roll control and pitch trimming.
FSReborn represents the TL3000 in MSFS 2020 and 2024 with custom Rotax behaviour, wear and maintenance. The manufacturer's airframe mechanisms and the add-on's simulated condition systems have their own source descriptions.

Trim and cockpit options
An elevator-trim lever adjusts pitch trim. The manual lists no wing flaps; it assigns the simulator's Spoilers axis to carburettor heat. Rudder trim is a simulator convenience. The cockpit configuration determines whether the aircraft has the Classic radio installation or an optional GPS suite with KAP140 autopilot.

Nose and main-wheel fairings can be selected separately
Version 1.1.3 adds independent EFB options to show or hide the nose-wheel and main-wheel fairings. The same update corrects Trim Disconnect’s default to ON, giving the trim switch authority.

A G1000-equipped homebuilt in X-Plane
Laminar's RV-10 guide documents stick controls, electric pitch-trim commands and a G1000/autopilot panel. That avionics choice identifies the represented homebuilt aircraft. A later special livery does not, by itself, establish a new control interface or different underlying aircraft systems.

Vans Aircraft RV-10
The RV-10 first flew in 2003 as Van's first four-seat design in the established RV range. Its low wing, fixed tricycle gear and enclosed cabin are supplied as a kit for amateur construction.
Builders can choose different engines, avionics and interiors. Laminar's X-Plane model represents the cockpit, avionics and trim controls documented in its manual.

Van’s RV-8 / RV-8A
The RV-8 is a tandem-seat kit aircraft offered with tailwheel or nosewheel landing gear. Van’s describes the airborne handling of the RV-8 and RV-8A as nearly identical, placing the main distinction in the undercarriage and ground operation. The cockpit’s tandem arrangement is paired with the responsive, balanced controls that Van’s discusses across its RV aircraft.
