THE AIRCRAFT

Meet McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II

The AV-8B developed the Harrier concept into a new generation of ground-attack aircraft. Its missions included close air support and reconnaissance, with service in the United States, Spain and Italy. British Harrier II and two-seat TAV-8B versions are related developments. The simulator product on this page is identified specifically as the AV-8B.
