Simulator manuals describe the developer’s implementation. Aircraft background is research-based; pilot accounts describe an individual’s experience. Coverage here is limited to the selected notes and linked resources, not the full contents of every manual.
Mitsubishi MU-2
The MU-2 first flew in 1963 and became a substantial post-war Japanese civil-aircraft programme. Its short high wing and two turboprop engines give it an unusual profile among small business and utility aircraft. Both short- and long-fuselage versions were produced.
The wing uses spoilers for roll control, allowing extensive flap coverage. That is a defining design detail rather than a generic turboprop feature. The represented fuselage and equipment should remain explicit when comparing the simulator aircraft with photographs and specifications.

Mooney M20 family
The M20 name spans a family of low-wing, four-seat aircraft rather than one fixed specification. Different engines, equipment and fuselage developments produced numerous versions over its history. The simulator catalogue identifies the particular model or development project. Family photographs and numerical tables carry their own scope so earlier aircraft are not confused with later Ovations.
North American B-25 Mitchell
North American designed the B-25 as a twin-engine medium bomber. Its name honours William Mitchell, whose advocacy helped shape American military aviation. The type developed through multiple wartime versions and mission configurations. This page keeps the family history separate from the version and simulator generation documented for the add-on.
North American P-51 Mustang
North American designed the Mustang in response to a British requirement in 1940. Early aircraft used Allison engines, while later Merlin-powered developments became closely associated with long-range escort work. The P-51D's bubble canopy is one of the best-known configurations.
The design continued into post-war service and later civilian display and racing. A racing Mustang can be extensively modified, so warbird and racer appearances do not necessarily imply identical equipment or behaviour. The simulator entries preserve the relevant model and package names.

North American T-6 Texan
The T-6 family used a single radial engine, a low wing and tandem cockpits to prepare pilots for more demanding aircraft. Different armed forces used different designations, with Harvard becoming familiar across the British Commonwealth and SNJ in US Navy service.
The family later became common in civilian warbird flying and air racing. National production and service variations brought different equipment, while restored aircraft can have modern additions. Those distinctions are useful when matching a simulator cockpit with a historical reference.

PZL-104 Wilga
PZL Warszawa-Okęcie developed the Wilga for civil utility work with short-field capability. The manufacturer later became part of EADS. Different Wilga versions have distinct engines and equipment, while the simulator catalogue separates X-Plane generations. Historical ownership changes and product support dates are different parts of the aircraft's story.
Pilatus PC-12 NGX
Pilatus designed the PC-12 to combine business-aircraft travel with utility access. Its low wing, retractable landing gear and rear cargo door support executive transport, regional services and air-ambulance work. A single Pratt & Whitney Canada turboprop powers the aircraft.
The PC-12 NGX represents a later development of the programme, with updated engine management and cockpit equipment. Earlier PC-12 images and references remain useful history, but should not silently supply NGX-specific systems or performance claims.

Pilatus PC-24
The PC-24 paired a business-jet cabin with design attention to shorter and less conventional airfields. Its rear-mounted Williams engines leave the wing clear, while a large cargo door supports varied cabin roles. The first flight took place in 2015.
The aircraft is not simply a PC-12 with jet engines: it has a different airframe, propulsion system and flight deck. The family connection is the utility ambition. The simulator documentation is the source for its represented avionics and any special ground or cargo features.

Pilatus PC-6 B2
The Porter first flew in 1959 with piston power. Turboprop developments became particularly familiar in parachuting and remote-area transport. Its narrow fuselage, high wing and long landing-gear legs make a distinctive practical aircraft.
PC-6 variants differ in engines, limits and equipment. The B2 designation in the simulator is therefore useful, especially when comparing a Turbo Porter with the earlier piston design. Wheel and float options, cabin use and avionics belong to the individual package description.

An aircraft that retains its mechanical history
A2A's Accu-Sim 2 Comanche uses its external Merlin flight-physics system and a per-cylinder engine model. The manual describes fuel priming, fuel contamination and ground behaviour that responds to tyre loading. Persistent aircraft condition connects one simulator session with the next, while the maintenance and inspection interfaces make that condition visible. The full manual is the starting point for understanding the aircraft; the separate variable list serves cockpit builders.

Loading the aircraft belongs to Accu-Sim
The Comanche's tablet handles fuel, passengers and baggage through Accu-Sim's own simulation. A2A states that the default MSFS weight-and-balance menu is not supported for this aircraft because the model uses external code. The tablet shows a live centre-of-gravity diagram as the load changes, provides fuel presets and can update the JPI engine monitor's fuel state. This is a consequential difference from a default simulator aircraft, even before considering how either one flies.

Condition, inspections and configurable equipment
The maintenance interface records engine and airframe hours and provides an inspection diagram showing the condition of individual systems. Its New, Used and Auction starting conditions give the same aircraft different mechanical histories; the Auction option can produce a wide range of condition. The maintenance page also provides an overhaul function.
The manual describes selectable airframe modifications, soundproofing and a choice of McCauley or MT three-bladed propeller. These are configuration options within A2A's model. They should not be assumed to exist in another developer's Comanche, or to describe every real PA-24.
