A G1000-equipped homebuilt in X-Plane
Laminar's RV-10 guide documents stick controls, electric pitch-trim commands and a G1000/autopilot panel. That avionics choice identifies the represented homebuilt aircraft. A later special livery does not, by itself, establish a new control interface or different underlying aircraft systems.

Vans Aircraft RV-10
The RV-10 first flew in 2003. It combines a low wing, fixed tricycle gear and a substantial enclosed cabin, with kits supplied for amateur construction. It was the first four-seat aircraft in Van's established RV range.
Homebuilt aircraft can differ in engines, avionics and interior equipment. The X-Plane implementation consequently represents a particular cockpit choice, including the avionics and trim controls documented by Laminar, rather than a universal factory-standard RV-10 panel.

Zlin Aviation Shock Ultra
The Shock Ultra is a specialised development within Zlin Aviation's light-aircraft range. Its tandem cabin and braced high wing are familiar family features, while the short-field wing and prominent landing gear give it a different character from the basic Savage Cub.
The Ultra is retained as its own aircraft in the catalogue. Its compact scale and configuration should be described from the represented model, rather than by borrowing the Norden's avionics or slat controls.
